The New Forest Masters

The New Forest Masters is open to all. It is being held at:

New Milton is on the main South West Trains line and the venue is just a few minutes from the venue

The Format

This is a singles event, best of 5 legs to start. Quarter finals, best of 7, semis best of 9 and the final best of 11.

The winner of each game is required to bring the result card to the control desk and the loser to score the next match.

There is also a plate competition for first round losers. Best of 3 to start. Semi final, best of 7 and final best of 9.

All playing conditions and rules are the same for both events.

Times

The venue will be open for registration at 9.30 am. No players will be admitted to the venue before this time. Registration will close at 11.00 am and the tournament will commence at 11.30 am.

Practice Boards

All the tournament boards (16) will be equipped with boards to practice on up until 11.00 am. For the rest of the tournament there will be four dedicated practice boards available.

The Boards

Brand new Winmau Blade 4 Professional Level boards will be on each oche at the start of the tournament. A brand new board will also be on the stage oche for the semi finals and final.

Prize Money

The event will be played to a finish on the day of the event. The semi finals will be played on the stage and may be streamed on the internet.

Prize money down to all quarter finalists amounts to be confirmed.

There will be trophies/medals for the winners and runner ups.

The Organisers

The Darts Performance Centre.com is guaranteeing the prize money and the main sponsor of the event is Red Dragon Darts. The tournament control desk is being run by Chris Skinner. His decision on any competition rules is final.

Food and Drink

There will be hot and cold food available at the venue-more details to follow. There will also be a licensed bar. The bar is operated by the memorial centre and any profits are ploughed back in to the hall. Prices are reasonable, more details to follow.

Shop

The Darts Performance Centre and The Darts Flight Centre will have a range of darting products available on the day. We hope to be able to offer a repointing service at the venue too. You can pre-order any item from our shop and collect them on the day. Our full range of Performance Darts will be available!

Darts Coaching!

Are you looking to improve your darts skills? The evening before the Masters we have a Darts Performance Centre members night. We will have darts training as well as a sports psychologist in attendance to help you improve. Membership is £25.00 per annum, details of all the benefits are here!

Players Guests

Friends and family are welcome to come to the event to support you. Admission is free.

Cost

The entry fee to the Darts Performance Centre New Forest Masters is £10.00. This can be paid on line here and you will receive email confirmation within 48 hours. You still need to register on the day.

Group Entries. Five for the price of four and six for the price of five available here!
