Adrian Lewis Signature Darts

We take a look at the darts Adrian Lewis uses and promotes!

Two time PDC World Champion. One time UK Open Champion. Four time World Cup Champion. Twelve (yes, twelve!) time PDC Players Championship Champion. Adrian ‘Jackpot’ Lewis has nearly done it all in darts, and is on the hunt to relive his glory days, unseen for some time since an abrupt slump in form for the 34 year old Englishman from Stoke-on-Trent.

Adrian was the protégée of one of the darting greats, Phil Taylor. Taylor did for Lewis what Bristow did for Taylor, in turning him into one of the most feared players on the competitive darts circuit.

After a slow start to life in the PDC, following a brief and unsuccessful spell in the BDO, Adrian began to hit form in 2005, playing some scintillating darts, resulting in a quarter final appearance at the World Matchplay, and making history in becoming the first player to win both PDC Pro Tour events in a single weekend.

This upturn in form aided Lewis in his qualification to the PDC World Championships, in which he made the quarter final, before bowing out in controversial style to Peter Manley, in which Lewis debuted the famous ‘blind 180’ in response to Manley's alleged mind games. In 2011, after a spate of inconsistency, Lewis defeated Gary Anderson to become the first player to win the PDC World Championship, without previously winning the BDO World Championship.

The victory, featuring a nine dart leg in the opening set, helped Lewis on to a moderately successful year, reaching multiple finals but falling short on many occasions. The following year, Lewis became the third player to successfully defend their first World Championship win, defeating Andy Hamilton in an all English affair at the Alexandra Palace.

At the 2018 World Championship, Adrian Lewis suffered a 3-1 defeat in the World Championship opening round to the German Kevin Münch, which saw him fall to 20th in the PDC Order of Merit. This sparked a downward slope that Adrian struggled to recover from. He now sits at 16th, having clawed his way back into the elite Top 16.

Target have a large assortment of barrels designed in conjunction with Lewis, featuring 3 generations of match darts, as well as a unique pixel grip version.

All Adrian’s darts are fitted with either a 26mm nickel point or a 26mm black coated point, as well as Pro Grip shafts and a set of signature Adrian Lewis dart flights.

The Gen 3 darts are available in 21g (50.9mm x 6.25mm), 23g (50.9mm x 6.4mm) and 25g (50.9mm x 6.8mm)   The Gen 3 darts are available from the DPC Darts Shop.

The Pixel darts are available in 21g (52mm x 6.3mm), 23g (52mm x 6.5mm) and 25g (52mm x 6.8mm). These darts are stocked by the Darts Performance Centre.
