What A Weekend

The DPC sponsored players did us proud, again!

 It has been another amazing weekend for our kit sponsored players!

Diogo Portela our London based Brazilian player messaged me on Saturday to say he had got to the final of The Harlow Open. There was a high quality field and Diogo was beaten by Alex Roy in the final. A tremendous effort to be runner up though and a great warm up for Diogo’s next go on The Challenge Tour.

Cameron Hinchcliffe went down to Wales for the Welsh Open, he was knocked out in the 3rd round by Micky Stocks. Also, on Wednesday at 8pm Cameron is on the sky showcase channel 192 for the first showing of the darts factor.

Peter Sajwani was also in action in the streamed Lithuania Open. We sat round our laptop to watch Peter being edged out in the final by one of the most consistent players on the circuit at the moment Darius Labaunaskaus. Peter picked up some points and a lovely trophy. Congratulations to him!

I am sure the other players will all agree the star of the weekend was our youngest sponsored player, Daniel Perry. Daniel was at the Hampshire Darts Spring Festival at Mill Rythe, Hayling Island and won both the Under 14 and Under 18 titles. Details of Daniel’s epic efforts are on the Hants County website here.

He played brilliantly and we are very proud to be associated with such a fine young player.
