If you are playing in The New Forest Masters you can enrol in to one of our pre tournament sessions to get you in the mood to win!

Our first free coaching session will start at 9.45 am on Saturday 23 November at the New Milton Memorial Hall, the venue and date for The New Forest Masters tournament.  If you have registered and paid to take part in The New Forest Masters or our Members Event then you can book your place for this session here.

Prepare To Play

A coaching area that is quite often ignored by dart players is the warm up. This may be because players think that warm ups are for more dynamic sports such as football or rugby. The Darts Performance Centre doesn't agree; a warm up can help players both in practice and before matches in a number of ways. For example:

• The correct muscle temperature is a key factor towards getting the most from your performance
• Helps with confidence-Feeling properly prepared gives a sense of security and confidence
• Injury Prevention-a proper warm up can help hugely in preventing injuries
• A warm up gives you the chance to focus on your tactics and goals for the tournament and get your head focused on playing darts!

The Session

We will show you a range of darts specific warm ups that will get all the muscles you need and use to throw a dart properly warmed up.

We will guide you through our idea of our warm up session on the dart board. We have some games and practice sessions to ensure you are practising all the key skills you will need to win your game.

We will finish the session off on the mini segments practice board to really hone your trebles and doubles.

30 minutes

Booking is essential-You will be charged 1p (which will be refunded) to book. A confirmation email will be sent. Please remember you must be enrolled to play in The Masters or for our Members event to take part!
