The final day of the Masters gets under-way today.

Winmau World Masters Sunday

The final day of the Masters gets under-way today.

Our prediction that it would be a good day for the seeds proved true, however, on a few occasions it was the tightest of margins! In the end just Stephen Bunting and Glen Durrant from the qualifiers are still in the tournament and they both played brilliantly!

A big day of BDO darts is ahead of us. The quarter finals kick off at 3.30pm today and the line up is as follows:

Martin Adams V Glen Durrant

Adams should cruise into the semi-finals but Glen Durrant has a look in his eye which suggests “Wolfie” will not get his own way. We have to side with Adams but can’t wait for this one.

Tip: Adams

Gary Robson V Scott Waites

Robson let slip his change of technique that helped him secure victory last night-he started aiming a few of his darts! Well he may like to consider aiming a few more today because Scott looks in great form and we believe he will progress to the semi’s!

Tip: Waites

Dean Winstanley V Tony West

Our match of the round!  Winstanley reflected quite critically on himself after last night`s performance, it was very average but sometimes it is difficult to be inspired against an opponent who played very poorly! On the other hand Tony West was sensational but can he keep that form going? Why not, we are going to side with him to continue his run!

Tip: West

Ross Montgomery V Stephen Bunting

How do you split these two? Arguably Stephen played the better of the two despite arriving on stage last night with just two darts-he will need all three to get anything from Ross! We are going to stick with Stephen, he is quite obviously desperate to get to Lakeside and winning the Masters is his best route. This external motivation and his power scoring could be the key!

Tip: Bunting
