The PDC sail into Aberdeen this week and the mystery tipster suggests there is a lot at "steak" tonight. He is also concerned "The Bull" may get slaughtered...

Have you “herd” the PDC is in Aberdeen this week! Aberdeen is of course the home of the famous Aberdeen Angus cattle. There is a lot at “steak” tonight as Week 9 gets underway with:

Match 1 - Gary Anderson V “The Bull (who else)

Anderson came back to form last week with a battling win over James Wade whilst Terry suffered at the hands of a resurgent “Wizard” last time out. With a “friendly” home crowd behind Gary I believe “The Bull” may not be slaughtered but Gary will win the opening game of the night.

Winner: Gary Anderson

Match 2 - Adrian Lewis V James Wade

This should be a cracker. We have written “Wadey” off before and regretted it! However, “Jackpot” played brilliantly against a disappointing “Webby” last week in Cardiff. Some fun to be had trying to work out who the crowd will boo the most but I reckon they may be silenced with a great game. I am tempted to opt for the draw but will stick with Adrian to take the points.

Winner: Adrian Lewis

Match 3 - Mark Webster V Phil Taylor

“Webbo” must be wondering what’s hit him! After coming off stage after a crushing defeat last week he was then told not to worry, it’s only “The Power” next week!  Not “rocket science” this tip, it has to be Phil! Why? Because he is playing the best darts of his life, amazing!

Winner: Phil Taylor

Match 4 - Raymond Van Barneveld V Simon Whitlock

Last but certainly not least is the Dutchman V the Ozzie, should be brilliant. Barney talked himself into another defeat against “The Power” in Cardiff but overall he has been producing some great darts. Simon has also had a few blips but has got his finishing going and looks like the “real deal” again. It’s toss of the coin time but I will go for “The Wizard” to conjure some magic.

Winner: Simon Whitlock

 Tips

Double Top: Taylor (-3.5 legs in the handicap) and Anderson – pays just over 6/4 at William Hill

Double 1 Match to produce the most 180’s – Anderson V Jenkins 21/10 at SkyBet
