Have you ever fancied signing up to the DPC Darts Improvement site - Now is your chance!

Long before Performance Darts, the DPC darts shop, stand hire, player sponsorship and all the other things we do at the Darts Performance Centre we started out with our darts improvement website. This site is why the DPC was formed.

I (Paul Gillings) was fresh out of University, as a very “mature” student having completed a Masters Degree in the Performance Analysis of Sport. It was during the course that it dawned on me darts was a sport with little or no coaching support for the Pro’s let along the hundreds and thousands of grassroots players. Our goal was to try and do something about this!

To an extent we have. We have had thousands of members over the years and some brilliant feedback on how the site has helped players. We still have members who joined when we first launched the site in late 2010.

Right from the start we have charged £25 per year to access the site. What you get for your money is a wealth of advice on issues such as goal setting, psychology, nutrition, coaching as well as practice games and an interactive area where you can log your practice game scores to keep tabs on how much you are improving.

We would love to see many more players using the site and want to make sure it really is a valuable tool for all players to improve their game of darts. So, we are looking to make some improvements and changes to the site. In true DPC spirit we know who we need to ask for feedback on what we can do to improve our service, dart players!

What’s the deal? We will give you a free membership to the site and in return after a few weeks of you using it we will send you a questionnaire. You can then give us your feedback on what you like, what you don’t like and any ideas for additional features you would like to see.

We will also be offering some prizes. There will be £50 of darts shop vouchers to two players that take part in the survey. One prize for players taking us up on our free membership offer and one for existing members taking part. There will also be a £50 voucher for whoever comes up with the best improvement idea.

The Darts Performance Centre is a resource to assist dart players of all standards play better darts. The site is arranged as an online coaching manual.

There is advice on technique, nerves, psychology, goal setting, practice games, an area to log your statistics and an interactive area where your darting questions are answered by two sports scientists, one with 30 years dart playing experience.

You also get an invite to our free but exclusive members only events and access to our members only darts coaching app! Membership is £25 per year!
